We strive to create high quality affordable housing for our residents. Ferd III and Ferd IV (the Third IV Properties co-founders) continually strive for improvement in all aspects of the company operations.

1. What is our goal?

Our goal is to offer prospective investors the opportunity to partner with us through one of our real estate syndications to benefit from a passive income asset shielded from Wall Street volatility while offering long-term growth secured by a tangible asset. 

Third IV offers closed-end, private equity funds with attractive, risk-adjusted returns for qualified investors in the private real estate market through diversified investment options. 

All of our investments are open to Accredited Investors and some may allow a limited number of Sophisticated Non-Accredited Investors possessing sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment.   

We help passive investors discover new opportunities, stay safe from the volatility of Wall Street, while creating multiple streams of income. We believe in safe, clean affordable communities, building prosperity for our investors, residents and team. We primarily invest in mobile home parks but we have also invested in retail re/development, apartments, duplex, single family rentals, and in a limited manner start up ventures. Ferd III also has significant experience in the grocery and pony farm business, where he worked for over two decades in the family businesses.
